FinalGoal will request our prospective athletes to provide us with specific content in order for our team to run a feasibility report. This preliminary audit will highlight realistic opportunities and allow us to clarify the objectives.

Action Planning
At this stage, we have sufficient data from our needs assessment to effectively share an actionable plan that works towards the successful penetration of the professional soccer industry. FinalGoal will provide specific and measurable short-term goals for clients. We encourage client feedback prior to the recommendations stage.

Recommendations
All details pertaining to our clients will be harnessed to create realistic recommendations that can be utilized to achieve their desired state. Our athletes will be provided recommendations regarding career progression whilst our institutional clients will be provided timelines and a specific international scouting strategies.

Optimization
With the foundation in place, the team at FinalGoal will continue to modify, refine, improve, and optimize our strategies to fit the everchanging context of each client.
